Rockstar 101 10/21/25-12/09/25

This after-school class invites students on an artistic journey where they'll discover the fundamentals of music through imitation, exploration, improvisation, and composition! Each student will have a chance to explore the basics of piano, percussion, ukulele, and singing. Students will work together to compose their own songs and play together as an ensemble. Budding musicians will learn how to improvise with scales and make melodies on the spot! Participants will play ear-training games and transform into musical mathematicians as they discern and manipulate sound! By analyzing and mimicking aspects of their favorite tunes, students will deepen their understanding of rhythm and pitch. Join us, and let's make musical memories together!
